Turnberry Solutions is proud to have received a score of 90 out of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2022 Corporate Equality Index, the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality.

Employee Resource Groups

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are communities of employees who focus on a common experience, identity, or interest. At Turnberry, ERG members meet regularly to plan events and activities, and connect with each other and the larger organization around their focus area. Membership is for those who identify with a group’s focus areas as well as allies who are passionate about the group’s mission. 


DE&I Task Forces

Turnberry's DE&I Task Forces are groups of employees dedicated to assessing and improving current practices and processes. Turnberry has four DE&I task forces: Training, Education and Resources, Community, Recruitment Enablement, and Charitable Giving. These groups are crucial in our work to improve Turnberry – and they require employee input, action, and support. Employees are encouraged to join our ERGs and Task Forces a a way to encourage meaningful organizational change at Turnberry and see the results of that work.
