Our public sector client needed to modernize its on-premises infrastructure, which was limiting scalability, security, and efficiency. We guided its transition to a cloud-native AWS architecture, implementing a secure DevSecOps pipeline with ArgoCD, custom GitHub actions, and a real-time dashboard for monitoring cloud repository performance. Our team trained over 350 developers on high-availability clustering and provided CI/CD templates to over 500 developers, enabling future growth and innovation.

Client challenge

The client’s legacy infrastructure restricted its ability to scale, innovate, and operate efficiently. Maintenance costs were high, and the limitations of its on-premises systems compromised agility and security. As demands on the infrastructure grew, the client recognized the need to modernize by moving to a cloud-native architecture. The client required a seamless transition to a scalable AWS environment that maintained operational continuity, ensured data security, and aligned with its long-term cloud strategy. A key challenge was migrating existing workflows without disrupting critical services.

Our solution

We implemented a secure DevSecOps pipeline, leveraging ArgoCD and custom GitHub actions to automate delivery and provide visibility into the health of the client’s cloud repositories. A real-time dashboard was developed to track pipeline metrics across all repositories, enabling proactive management and response.

Our team trained over 350 developers on high-availability clustering, ensuring they could manage a resilient and scalable AWS cloud infrastructure. To support ongoing development and operational improvements, we provided CI/CD templates to more than 500 developers. These templates promoted ownership, accountability, and adherence to best practices across the organization, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.

The migration to AWS significantly improved the client’s scalability, reduced operational costs, and allowed its developers to focus on strategic business objectives while maintaining high code quality.
