Joe
Rose
President
and Co-Founder
Mr. Rose is
the President and Co-Founder of
Turnberry Solutions. He is responsible for leading the company,
developing long-term strategies and fostering key relationships and
alliances. Mr. Rose’s mission is to deliver the highest
quality
services to Turnberry’s customers and partners around the
world.
Prior to
co-founding Turnberry, Mr. Rose was the
CEO and President of Planet Exchange, a pioneer in instant messaging
technology. Before Planet Exchange, Mr. Rose successfully ran North
American Sales for software start-up company MINT Communication
Systems, an EAI Middleware Company, which was purchased by SunGard Data
Systems, Inc. (SDS). He also spent five years in sales management at
Sun Microsystems, primarily selling and architecting Internet
infrastructure solutions for major corporations. Other career
highlights include strategic positions with NCR and AT&T.
Mr. Rose regularly advises
Fortune 500 accounts with web initiatives as well as start-ups and
venture capital firms regarding business strategy and tactics to meet
their business goals. Mr. Rose has specific expertise in acquiring
capital and providing both business and technical due diligence
assessments for companies. He has held interim CxO positions and helped
launch several successful start-ups.
Mr. Rose is
best known in his circles as the “Ambassador
of Enthusiasm.”
He brings a high-energy, can-do attitude
to the Turnberry ecosystem.
Mr. Rose is a graduate of Drexel University and a member of the
Cambridge Who’s Who. He is passionate about his involvement
in
CHOP and Camp Sunshine. Mr. Rose resides in the Philadelphia area. |

Pete Davis
CTO
and Co-Founder
Mr. Davis is
the Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
and Co-Founder of Turnberry Solutions. Mr. Davis has over 20 years of
combined Software Development, Systems Engineering, and Management
experience. His deep technical background combined with his broad
industry experience provide him with a unique ability to effectively
and efficiently apply technology to solving complex business problems.
Over the
past 8 years, Mr. Davis has been engaged
as a senior technology consultant to Comcast, architecting and
deploying their High Speed Data and VoIP services products. Mr. Davis
played an instrumental role in Comcast's migration away from
Excite@Home. This migration process entailed extensive work with
provisioning systems, web services, portals, messaging systems,
directory infrastructure, as well as customer care tools. Mr. Davis has
also been instrumental in architecting and deploying solutions in
support of Comcast's acquisition of AT&T Broadband.
Other
Comcast projects Mr. Davis has consulted on
in the role of lead architect include:
- Digital
Voice Center : A customer-facing
portal, which supports Comcast’s 5M residential Digital Voice
subscribers. This portal application along with its associated service
orchestration engine and backend web services represents
Comcast’s first SOA based application.
- Business
Class Services: Architected
end-to-end solutions for supporting an assortment of
Comcast’s
commercial (SMB) service offerings.
In addition
to his roles as architecture
consultant and development manager, Mr. Davis serves as a trusted
advisor to Comcast’s executive management.
Mr. Davis
started his career working for Leeds
and Northrup doing real-time, mission critical software engineering for
their distributed controls systems group. From there, Mr. Davis joined
Sun Microsystems where he focused on architecting mission critical IT
solutions for Fortune 500 companies. During his five years with Sun
Microsystems, Mr. Davis specialized in Java technologies from Java's
introduction in 1995. Mr. Davis also designed highly available and
scalable clustered architectures for mission critical business
applications. Other career highlights include senior technology
positions for several software companies in the areas of CRM, EAI,
Knowledge Management, and Collaboration.
Mr. Davis holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Lafayette
College, and a MS degree in Computer Science from Villanova University.

Jim Riviello
Chief
Operating Officer
Mr. Riviello
is the Chief Operating Officer (COO)
of Turnberry Solutions. He is responsible for executing
Turnberry’s business strategy and ensuring day-to-day
operational
excellence.
Mr. Riviello
is a senior Sales, Marketing and
Channel executive with over 20 years experience building and developing
sales and partner channels to effectively scale businesses of all
sizes. Prior to joining Turnberry, Mr. Riviello co-founded SWOT
Management
Group (SWOTmg), a sales and channel development firm focused
exclusively on the high-tech industry. In 2007, SWOTmg won the U.S.
Chamber of Commerce Small Business Award. He also co-founded
Channeltivity, a channel management software company that offers
on-line, easy-to-use tools for IT Channel Managers. Prior to those
endeavors, Mr. Riviello spent 13 years in a variety of sales leadership
positions at Sun Microsystems where he managed and motivated a team of
sales, systems, service, marketing, channel, finance, and industry
specialists. Mr. Riviello received Sun’s America Sales
Leadership
Award consecutively from 1996 through 2003 and was named the Northeast
Manager of the Year during 4 of his 13 years at Sun Microsystems. Other
career highlights include technical and sales positions at GE and Xerox.
Mr. Riviello
has a passion for excellence,
enormous energy and the ability to energize others. He holds a B.A. in
Computer Science from Potsdam State University of NY, is a Sales Coach,
an author of many whitepapers on Sales Management and Channel
Development and an active member of the Entrepreneur’s
Organization, an influential global community of business owners who
engage in dynamic peer-to-peer learning experiences. Mr. Riviello is
also an active member of the American Marketing Association, Society of
Technical Communications, Sun Alumni Association and the Association of
Strategic Alliance Professionals.
Mr. Riviello lives in Lansdale, PA with his wife Kathy and 3 children.
He coaches AAU Basketball, enjoys photography, music and the ocean. |

Erik Carrozza
Chief
Financial Officer
Mr. Carrozza
is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
of Turnberry Solutions. He is responsible for all financial and fiscal
management aspects of company operations. Mr. Carrozza develops and
implements the financial strategy and oversees the HR, legal,
accounting and budgeting efforts of the organization. Mr. Carrozza also
works closely with the sales and recruiting departments to negotiate
contracts and approve deals.
Mr. Carrozza
has nearly 20 years of accounting
and financial experience. Prior to joining Turnberry, Mr. Carrozza
worked as the CFO of various fast-growing IT consulting firms. In 2001,
he founded Caprock, Inc., an outsourced CFO services firm catering to
emerging companies in the Philadelphia area. In 1998, Mr. Carrozza
co-founded The Sycamore Group, an IT consulting firm. Prior to that,
Mr. Carrozza spent 8 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Tax and
Business Assurance. During the course of his career, Mr. Carrozza has
helped companies grow through prudent financial management and precise
cash flow modeling. His creative style has helped companies fund growth
through a variety of resources, including bank debt, commercial finance
and private equity.
Mr. Carrozza is a graduate from Drexel University and actively
participates in local entrepreneurial and financial forums. He resides
in Blue Bell, Pa and enjoys outdoor activities with his wife and 2
children. |

Naveen
Kuppili
Technology
Director
Enterprise Architecture
Mr. Kuppili
is one of the original members of
Turnberry Solutions.
Mr. Kuppili has over 10 years of experience as a software architect and
senior developer. Mr. Kuppili’s experience includes the
design,
development, and implementation of software systems and applications,
with a focus on J2EE platforms, e-commerce systems, Portals, BPM,
personalization infrastructure, distributed object development, ODBMS
and RDBMS. Mr. Kuppili’s experience has spanned a
wide
range of commercial business industries, including Telco/Cable
(provisioning, customer care), Financials (e-commerce, electronic bill
presentment and payment systems) with overall emphasis on the full life
cycle development.Mr. Kuppili’s expertise includes gathering
business requirements; preparing systems requirements, process flows,
data flows; development and integration of software packages and
frameworks.
Most recently, Mr. Kuppili has spent the last 5 years consulting for
Comcast. At Comcast Mr. Kuppili has been responsible for
designing
and creating various J2EE-based enterprise applications in support of
Comcast’s residential and commercial services offerings.
Currently Mr. Kuppili is consulting as a lead architect for
Comcast’s commercial sales and operations portal, with focus
on
flow through order management, customer relationship management, and
provisioning.
Prior to work at Comcast, Mr. Kuppili did work for John Hancock leading
a team of Engineers to create a J2EE based Direct Sales Application
that is used by Customer Service Representatives. Mr. Kuppili
has
also done work for Wyeth Pharmaceuticals architecting and developing a
J2EE based Clinical Trials Portal Application.
Mr. Kuppili holds a BS and MS degree in Computer Science.

Viral Shah
Technology
Director
Enterprise Architecture
Mr. Shah is
one of the original members of
Turnberry Solutions.
Mr. Shah is an Enterprise Architect with over thirteen years of
experience in IT requirements definition, assessments, product
selection, design and implementation of a broad array of technology
strategies and solutions. He has spent the last seven years managing
mission critical projects at a large broadband provider.
Mr. Shah has
effectively architected complex
projects involving large-scale (customer base > 15M+ customers)
deployments for architectures involving various technologies such as
J2EE (JSP/Servlets/EJB) on multiple application servers, LDAP, Oracle
8i/9i/10g, Portal Servers, XML/XSLT, Web Services using
JAXM/JAXP/JAXRPC, JMS, JMX, RMI, MQSeries, Struts framework, JATO
framework, JavaMail to name a few. His experience also includes
requirements gathering, design and developing software architectures,
usage modeling, performance testing, analysis, and tuning, client
training and building complex IT infrastructures.
Prior to
joining Turnberry, Mr. Shah was an
Architect at CVS/pharmacy, providing leadership in several technology
initiatives including their http://www.cvs.com
(customer base of over 1.1
million) overhaul from being an ASP based to
it being J2EE based. Prior to that, he was an Associate Architect with
Major League Baseball http://www.mlb.com (customer
base of over 14 million) providing
architectural leadership on various technologies such as streaming
audio/video content, e-commerce of memorabilia, content management and
email services. Other career highlights include strategic positions at
Putnam Investments, WebMD, SBC Communications and Lucent Technologies.
Mr. Shah has a Master of Science degree from the University of Illinois
at Chicago and Bachelor of Science degree from the University of

Badhri Rajagopalan

Mr.
Rajagopalan is
one of the original members of Turnberry Solutions.
Mr. Rajagopalan is a
senior Technical Architect with over 10 years of experience in Software
Development, Architecture & Management. He has broad industry
experience
working with various industry sectors such as Telecommunications,
Finance,
Storage, Education and internet based B2C & B2B2C solutions.
Mr.
Rajagopalan has lead multiple projects on large scale mission critical
systems
for Fortune 500 companies and specializes in cross-platform
architecture where
systems interact with various internal organizations as well as third
party
vendors.
Mr.
Rajagopalan has
designed and built high-volume customer facing portals & back
office
applications. He has also worked extensively in building services based
applications that adhere to the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
paradigm
& enforced SOA governance. Mr. Rajagopalan excels in bridging
gaps
between
core IT and business units from requirements to implementation to
deployment
and maintenance.
Mr.
Rajagopalan holds
a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Systems &
Engineering from
Bangalore University and a Masters degree in Computer Science from

Kennedy

Director
Oracle Practice
Health Sciences Practice
Mr. Kennedy
leads Turnberry Solutions’
long-standing Oracle/BEA practice, as well as the emerging Health
Sciences practice. He is a key contributor to the
firm’s
management team setting strategy and direction of the
company.
Mr. Kennedy
has recently acted in the role of
Enterprise Solutions Architect at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals. He was a
lead innovator in BI/BPM for the global Drug-Discovery organization, as
well as leading global, corporate wide knowledge management and leading
edge architectural strategy initiatives including the
company’s
adoption of service-oriented architecture. He was an
influential
part of the team that launched the SOA platform at AstraZeneca and
managed a number of key components. Mr. Kennedy played a crucial role
in integrating Astra and Zeneca’s separate research
information
systems in the years following the company’s merger and
establishing the architecture discipline formally for the
company. Earlier in his career, he gained valuable experience
in
the financial industry with startup InvestorForce.Com and GMAC
Commercial Mortgage as a senior systems architect. Other career
highlights include electronic retail experience with QVC, Inc. as a
software engineer and technical project manager.
Mr. Kennedy
has genuine leadership experience in
enterprise information technologies, particularly with large-scale
application analysis, design, development and support, and specialized
interests in knowledge management, decision support systems and process
improvement/automation.
Mr. Kennedy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from
La Salle University in Philadelphia, PA. While there, he held
several leadership positions and accelerated in both academic and
professional aspects, graduating with honors at the top of his
department. He recently completed work an MS degree in
Management
from the University of Delaware. |

Maini

Mr. Maini is
a Technology Director responsible
for the conception; design, architecture and implementation of
Microsoft technologies. Mr. Maini and his professional services
organization are Microsoft-certified technologists with real-world
experience with SharePoint Architectures, Migrations and Deployments,
Enterprise Collaboration and Portal Strategies, Content Management,
Search and Business Intelligence.
Mr. Maini brings extensive thought leadership and innovation in
managing and delivering complex IT solutions to a portfolio of
customers across all industries. He has over a decade of combined core
systems design, architecture and management expertise in solving
mission critical business problems. Mr. Maini is responsible for the
technical relationship with Microsoft where his teams have specialized
capabilities for enterprise development and deployment of Visual Studio
Team Suite (TFS), BizTalk Server for integration, B2B communications
and mobility solutions. Prior to joining Turnberry Solutions, Mr. Maini
was the Practice Director for a Microsoft Gold Partner.
Mr. Maini is the Virtual Technology Specialist (VTS), co-sponsor (with
Microsoft) of the Microsoft Events, and Sr. Practice Director. He holds
a BS degree in Electronics Engineering from Pune University (India) and
has been awarded "extraordinaire employee" at various software
companies.

Paul Bethany
General
Manager
Microsoft Practice
Mr. Bethany
is responsible for the overall sales,
marketing and business development of our Microsoft Practice . He is a
25-year industry veteran whose background encompasses deep technical
expertise combined with extensive consulting services and business
management experience.
Mr. Bethany
began his career in mainframe
operations and then moved into distributed networking technologies,
ultimately becoming an Infrastructure Architect. He spent 12 years at
Microsoft Corporation in Microsoft’s Consulting Services
(MCS),
designing various networking and management systems for Fortune 1000
clientele, and leading many enterprise-scale technology projects. Upon
leaving Microsoft, Mr. Bethany founded a successful startup software
company in the real estate sector. After the sale of his business four
years later, Mr. Bethany returned to the Microsoft-oriented corporate
consulting world.
Some
highlights from Mr. Bethany’s
technical career include being the Lead Architect and Project Manager
for global Windows network/SMS projects at Dupont, Westinghouse, Cigna
Corporation, Zeneca Agrochemicals, Rohm and Haas, Smithkline Beecham,
Amp Incorporated, Sanofi Winthrop, and several others; Provided
long-term strategy consulting to IT executives at Cigna Corporation,
Air Products & Chemicals, and Vanstar Corporation; Authored

Mr. McCormick
leads Turnberry Solutions’
Business Intelligence practice where he enables business leaders to
make smart business decisions based on relevant and reliable
information in the context of strategy, operations and economics.
Prior to
Turnberry Solutions, Mr. McCormick was a
Partner in Andersen’s Business Consulting Group where he lead
all
consulting services directed to CFO’s in Europe and North
America. Prior to that, Mr. McCormick lead Andersen’s
Philadelphia and Southeast Region Business Consulting practice. After
Andersen, Mr. McCormick spent several years working in the Business
Consulting Group of Alvarez & Marsal. He was the COO of OPG,
the
country’s largest Brownfield Real Estate Development firm and
the
CFO of an internet technology company focused on the instant messaging
space.
